Customer Service Representative – Automotive Parts

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Onehunga store. You will be the first point of contact for trade customers, helping them find the right vehicle parts and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve trade customers at the counter and over the phone.
• Assist customers in selecting the correct vehicle parts and solutions.
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately.
• Identify upsell opportunities and recommend related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal customer base.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or trade sector.
• Full NZ driver’s licence.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Team‑first mindset – everyone pitches in.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including Excel.
