About the role

Join Swarovski’s flagship store on Lambton Quay as a Sales Consultant, where you will bring the brand’s iconic sparkle to life for customers. You will blend exceptional service with a passion for fashion and luxury, creating memorable experiences that reflect Swarovski’s elegance.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build emotional connections through storytelling.
  • Promote loyalty programmes and develop lasting relationships with shoppers.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, taking ownership of results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming, organized store environment.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and utilise digital tools to enhance the customer journey.

Required profile

  • Passionate about fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience working in a multicultural retail setting.
  • Excellent customer‑service skills with a personable, trustworthy demeanor.
  • Curious, empathetic, results‑driven and commercially minded.
  • Digitally savvy and comfortable using retail technology.
  • Confident expressing individuality and contributing creative ideas.
