Field Account Executive – New Zealand

About the role

The Field Account Executive will drive growth for ClassPass by acquiring high‑value fitness, wellness and new‑vertical partners across New Zealand. You will be embedded in the local market, building strong relationships with studios, spas and other experiential venues.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with fitness, wellness and new‑vertical partners to expand the ClassPass network.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for new venue additions.
• Prioritise in‑person outreach through drop‑ins, meetings and events, using inside‑sales tactics when appropriate.
• Identify and attend networking opportunities to strengthen regional industry connections.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of fast‑paced B2B transactional sales experience.
• Proven record of over‑performing monthly quotas and OKRs.
• Familiarity with, or professional connections to, the local fitness or wellness industry (a plus).
• Based in New Zealand with willingness to travel across the broader region.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Salesloft.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
