About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our HOKA store in Queenstown. You will work closely with the management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, especially footwear and streetwear.
• Maintain store visual standards and merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Work flexible hours, including late evenings, weekends, and Monday‑Wednesday day shifts.
