Restaurant Manager – Relocate to Queensland

About the role

Grill’d is expanding rapidly across Australia and is looking for experienced Restaurant Managers from New Zealand to join the launch team on the Gold Coast. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive operational excellence and help shape the brand’s growth in a vibrant coastal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 20‑50 staff members, fostering a people‑first culture.
• Oversee daily operations including rostering, recruiting, stock control and compliance.
• Manage profit & loss, budgets and key performance indicators to achieve financial targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and talent development activities.
• Engage with the local community through Grill’d’s Local Matters program.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a fast‑casual restaurant or similar hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to analyse financial data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Willingness to relocate to Queensland and embrace a coastal lifestyle.
