Quality Assurance Engineer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our DataAnnotation team as an AI Trainer. In this remote, flexible position you will design and solve coding challenges that help train state-of-the-art AI models, with a focus on Android development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and document diverse coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations for each problem.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide constructive feedback that improves future AI model outputs.
• Collaborate with the platform’s community of developers to ensure high standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Preferably experienced in Kotlin and Android development.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Previous experience as a software developer, coder, or programmer is a plus.
