About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Retail Experience team, overseeing projects for a key client, Samsung. The role involves client and vendor interaction, with occasional travel across New Zealand to support installations and events.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects related to retail fixtures, activations, experiential campaigns and branded environments.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define objectives and develop clear project briefs.
- Proactively manage tasks, risks and issues, providing practical solutions.
- Travel across New Zealand as needed to support projects, events, installations and client requirements.
- Oversee production of POS, print, training and promotional materials.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
- Background in a creative or retail agency is preferred.
- Experience with retail fixture design and installation is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage client and external stakeholder relationships.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Wrike).
