Part-time Duty Manager – 24 hrs/week

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Duty Manager to lead our Richmond Mall store during the busy evening shift. The role is 24 hours per week, working Thursday to Saturday from 3:30 pm until midnight.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise store operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth customer service and compliance with policies.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, coaching staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Handle operational issues, make quick decisions and adapt to changing situations.
• Maintain safety standards and uphold company values.
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising and store presentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a manager in a big‑box or high‑volume retail environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Strong commitment to safety, customer focus and continuous improvement.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with staff, peers and customers.
