Online Assistant – Order Picking & Packing

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to fulfil online orders for millions of customers across the country. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring that every order is picked, packed and ready for delivery with accuracy and care.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online customer orders accurately, efficiently and safely.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any order‑related enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area while adhering to health and safety standards.
