Online Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Online Assistant to join our Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand team. In this role you will pick and pack online orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and safety for our customers. You will work closely with other departments to resolve stock issues and provide a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online customer orders accurately and safely.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area following health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and report any discrepancies.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with a smile.
• Ability to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Understanding of basic health and safety practices.
