Online Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Online Assistant to join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand’s fulfilment team. In this role you will pick and pack online orders accurately and safely, helping our customers receive their groceries on time.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any order‑related enquiries.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety procedures.
• Support the online fulfilment process by keeping work areas tidy and organised.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a smile.
