On-Call Delivery Agent (Motorcycle)

About the role

Join NZ Post’s vibrant team as an on‑call Delivery Agent, using a motorcycle or e‑bike to bring mail and parcels to customers across Auckland. You’ll be the friendly face of the organisation, ensuring timely deliveries in all weather conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Process and sort mail at the Manukau Central Postal Delivery hub.
• Deliver mail and parcels on your assigned route using a motorcycle or e‑bike.
• Maintain accurate addressing information through strong numeracy and literacy.
• Uphold health and safety standards for yourself and colleagues.
• Represent NZ Post positively within the community.

Required profile

• Availability to work on‑call, as and when required.
• Reliable transport to arrive at work on time.
• At least a learner’s motorcycle licence (mandatory).
• Physical fitness for a demanding delivery role.
• High level of numeracy and literacy for accurate sorting and addressing.
