Full-time Packing Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Packing Team Member to join our Auckland bakery on site. You will be responsible for packaging our freshly baked, vegan-friendly cookies and ensuring each product meets our high quality standards before it leaves the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Package freshly baked cookies accurately and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and label products according to specifications.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct quantities and packaging.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with food-safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily fulfillment targets.

Required profile

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Organised and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
• Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderately heavy items.
• Previous experience in food handling or packaging is a plus but not mandatory.
