Key responsibilities

• Safely operate Sandvik Jumbo development drills to mine headings and install ground support according to mine standards.
• Ensure all headings are bored to grade, mined online, and meet minimum overbreak specifications.
• Mentor team members, lead by example and maintain high professionalism and quality of work.
• Perform all duties in compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Full, current driver’s licence with confidence driving manual vehicles over rough terrain.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Minimum 8 years underground mining experience, including at least 2 years operating a Jumbo drill.
• Experience as a Loader Operator and in Development Charge‑Up tasks.
