About the role
This role sits at the heart of Macpac’s Support Office (Basecamp), providing high‑level executive assistance to the Managing Director and Leadership Team while overseeing the day‑to‑day office experience. You will ensure smooth decision‑making, events, operations and workplace experience, keeping people connected and moving forward.
Key responsibilities
- Provide diary, meeting, travel and communication support to the Managing Director and Leadership Team with confidentiality.
- Plan and execute internal events, leadership rhythms and stakeholder experiences, handling logistics such as speakers, venues and travel.
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including space allocation, supplies, systems and internal communications to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
- Oversee facilities, contractors and fleet, coordinating maintenance, supplier relationships and safety compliance in partnership with DC Management.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in an EA/PA capacity.
- Strong background in office or workplace management.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers, managing contracts and service providers.
