Estimator & Supervisor

About the role

Rizon is looking for an experienced Estimator & Supervisor to lead insurance‑repair projects across the Bundaberg region. You will combine accurate cost estimating with hands‑on site supervision, ensuring safe, high‑quality outcomes from assessment through to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed assessments, scopes of work and cost estimates for insurance repair jobs.
• Supervise and coordinate trades on‑site to deliver work safely and to quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across estimating and construction phases.
• Liaise with customers, insurers, trades and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, KPIs and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting in CRM platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estimating, construction supervision or insurance‑repair environments.
• Strong understanding of building methods, scopes of work and insurance processes.
• Ability to coordinate trades and manage several projects at once.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail with accurate reporting and documentation capability.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms for project tracking and reporting.
