Data and AI Activation Lead – Generation, Trading & Corporate

About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for embedding AI across generation, trading and corporate functions, turning isolated AI use cases into everyday tools that improve performance, decision‑making and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with generation, trading and corporate leaders to identify AI opportunities that boost efficiency and performance.
• Enable business teams to adopt AI tools confidently, building capability and reducing reliance on bespoke development.
• Shape AI usage across operational and corporate contexts, balancing innovation with safety and governance.
• Drive initiatives from prototype to embedded solutions, guiding decisions on tool selection and escalation.
• Track, communicate and report AI adoption, value and outcomes to ensure tangible business impact.

Required profile

• Proven ability to navigate complex environments and translate technical possibilities into practical outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, capable of building trust and guiding change amid ambiguity.
• 5+ years of senior‑level experience working with AI/ML and optimizing business processes.
