About the role

Key responsibilities

• Define CX strategy aligned to the CRM Model of Operations.
• Design end‑to‑end customer journeys and experience artefacts.
• Align CRM capabilities with customer engagement goals.
• Collaborate with UX, business, and delivery teams.
• Provide CX advisory support across delivery programs.

Required profile

• 12–16 years of experience in CX, CRM, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong background in CX strategy, design thinking, journey mapping, and service design.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive digital transformation initiatives.
