Tribe Technologies is seeking a Technical Solutions Team Lead to join its Christchurch CBD team. This hands‑on leadership position blends deep technical expertise with a passion for coaching people and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own escalated technical issues and drive practical, high‑quality resolutions.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for customers and internal teams.
• Visit local customers on‑site to understand challenges and provide outstanding service.
• Lead, coach, and support a small team of technical specialists.
• Share knowledge and establish technical best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with wider teams to continuously improve customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on technical expertise in infrastructure, systems, or solution‑based environments.
• Proven experience solving complex technical problems in a customer‑focused setting.
• People leadership experience with a genuine enjoyment of coaching and developing others.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and a passion for customer experience.
