Tech Support Specialist

About the role

As an IT Technical Support Specialist at Paymark, you will be the go‑to expert for internal technology support, handling issues from start to finish so our teams can work efficiently. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 assistance across a wide range of devices and applications, and collaborate with specialist teams for escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver responsive Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers and virtual environments.
• Own and manage incidents from first contact through resolution, ensuring timely updates.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 3 teams when required.
• Perform device setup, software installations and system updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation, asset registers and knowledge‑base articles.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in an IT support or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for end‑user devices and enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication skills to assist both technical and non‑technical users.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with a genuine desire to help people and keep learning.
