Systems Administrator – Learning Management System

About the role

Ngāti Toa is seeking a part‑time Systems Administrator to manage its newly acquired Learning Management System (LMS). Working within the Learning and Development team, you will ensure the platform is reliable, user‑friendly, and aligned with the organisation’s cultural values.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day operations of the LMS, keeping it easy to use and fit for purpose.
• Provide timely onboarding, troubleshooting, and guidance to users and content developers.
• Maintain accurate learning records, course data, and a well‑organised digital learning library.
• Develop clear, user‑friendly guides and resources to support confident system use.
• Collaborate with team members to configure and improve LMS functionality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in system administration and customer‑service support.
• Strong ability to maintain accurate data and generate meaningful reports.
• Skill in organising resources for effective search and retrieval.
• Passion for serving diverse communities and a commitment to people‑centred work.
