Supply Planning Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Planning Leader for our New Zealand operations, based in Auckland. You will own the national supply plan for both materials and finished goods, balancing service levels, inventory, and cost across a multi‑site network. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to keep supply‑chain performance high and ensure end‑to‑end alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the NZ Supply Planning team to develop and maintain a balanced, aligned supply plan.
• Own inventory, material, capacity planning and scheduling across the national network.
• Drive performance metrics such as DIFOT, DIO, service, cost and working capital.
• Represent Supply Chain in ITP/IBP processes, influencing decisions and aligning stakeholders.
• Partner with New Product Development to launch new products and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong supplier and tolling partnerships.
• Develop planning capability, embedding best practices for safety stock and core processes.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• Proven supply planning experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of production networks and ITP/IBP processes.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and cross‑functional influence.
• Experience with transformation or continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on balancing service, cost and inventory.
