Specialist Adoption Architect

About the role

Red Hat’s Technology Sales & Adoption team is looking for a Specialist Adoption Architect to accelerate customer value and drive successful adoption of Red Hat platforms such as OpenShift and Ansible. The role combines technical consulting, solution design, and hands‑on guidance to help enterprises integrate Red Hat products, migrate workloads, and overcome adoption barriers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and document technical engagements aligned with each customer’s Success Plan.
• Review customer environments and applications to ensure architecture follows Red Hat best practices.
• Identify common adoption blockers across customers and contribute to reusable sales play resources.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to voice customer challenges and influence roadmap decisions.
• Stay current with Red Hat’s ecosystem, including new releases and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead consultative, customer‑facing engagements.
• Extensive experience in enterprise software or SaaS from development, engineering, support or QA perspectives.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel within the region for customer visits, conferences and events.
