Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Tourwriter is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on a 1‑year fixed‑term contract to act as a technical authority across both UI and backend development. You will shape architecture, drive integrations, and leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency while collaborating closely with product and other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex feature design and delivery from concept to production.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Develop performant user interfaces with React and robust backend services using Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Design and implement APIs and external system integrations.
• Use AI tools to accelerate coding, reviewing, and testing processes.
• Support production issues, improve system reliability, and reduce technical debt.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
