About the role
Deloitte is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to join its Wellington team. Working closely with Lead Client Partners and service line leaders, you will nurture key client relationships, uncover new business opportunities and ensure clients experience the full breadth of Deloitte’s expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Lead account management planning and processes for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Drive high‑performance account operations by applying global best practices and establishing regular account cadence.
- Collaborate with service line experts to design and deliver integrated client solutions.
- Facilitate pursuit strategy workshops to align Deloitte resources with client objectives.
- Maintain and report on the health of the opportunity pipeline, providing actionable insights.
- Own procurement and panel management, building procurement relationships where appropriate.
- Conduct client feedback interviews and win/loss reviews to generate insights for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of hands‑on key account management, business development or B2B sales experience.
- Proven commercial acumen with a track record of growing client relationships.
- Experience in professional services or a comparable corporate environment is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex client engagements.
