Sales Manager – Southland & Otago (Construction Materials)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Sales Manager to lead our sales activities across Southland and Otago. Reporting to the Regional General Manager and supported by a national sales team, you will promote our full range of concrete solutions, grow our market presence and ensure customers receive excellent service and value.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly to maintain and expand relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors.
• Promote READY solutions such as READY Colour, Superslab, Polish and others.
• Support the Regional General Manager with sales reporting and activity tracking.
• Respond to pricing enquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Attend site visits, industry events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, installers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, building‑materials or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Hands‑on, customer‑first approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
