Remote Social Media Manager (Mid‑Senior, Part‑time Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to boost the online presence of a motorsport technical school. This part‑time, fully remote contract role is ideal for someone with a passion for motorsport and proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the motorsport education sector.
• Manage daily operations of Facebook and Instagram accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
• Create, monitor, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximise reach and ROI.
• Analyse performance metrics and produce regular reports to guide strategy adjustments.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture an active online community.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram channels for brands or educational institutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Italian is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects remotely.
