About the role
Join a nursing‑led organisation delivering preventative, community‑focused care across Eastern Central Auckland. As a full‑time permanent Registered Nurse you will work directly with whānau, providing health assessments, clinical advice and support in homes and clinics.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct top‑to‑toe development and growth assessments for whānau and their tamariki.
- Provide clinical advice in home and clinic settings, empowering families to thrive.
- Refer and collaborate with community support services to ensure safe, healthy living environments.
- Screen for family harm, mental health concerns and other vulnerabilities, offering timely support.
- Build trusting relationships, listen deeply and respond with compassion and clarity.
- Manage care autonomously, making decisions and prioritising tasks under pressure.

Required skills
- Registered Nurse qualification.
- Legal right to work in Aotearoa New Zealand.
- Current Annual Practising Certificate (or ability to obtain one).
- Full or restricted clean NZ driver’s licence.
- Strong clinical judgement and relational practice.
- Willingness to complete a Post‑Graduate Certificate in Well Child Tamariki ora (employer‑funded).
