Registered Architect – Senior Architectural Graduate

About the role

You will take ownership of project packages while remaining hands‑on across documentation and delivery. Working alongside experienced leaders, you will contribute to large‑scale commercial and civic developments, balancing design input with detailed technical work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage specific project packages from concept through delivery.
• Produce and coordinate detailed documentation using Revit.
• Collaborate with senior staff on large commercial and civic projects.
• Ensure design intent is translated into constructible solutions.
• Support BIM coordination and maintain project models.

Required profile

• Recently registered architect or senior architectural graduate with strong project exposure.
• Experience on complex commercial or civic projects is ideal.
• Good understanding of the New Zealand Building Code and construction detailing.
• Ability to take responsibility while contributing to detailed delivery work.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach.
