About the role

Join Mitre 10’s People Partnering team as a Recruitment Partner, delivering a seamless, high‑quality recruitment experience for the Support Centre. This 12‑month fixed‑term, part‑time position offers flexibility while allowing you to make a real impact on hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment across the Support Centre, from advertising to offer.
• Support leaders in making informed hiring decisions.
• Screen candidates and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Prepare employment agreements, onboarding documentation, and run pre‑employment checks.
• Manage compliance and partner with external agencies when needed.
• Maintain job board platforms such as Seek and Trade Me.
• Provide recruitment advice and occasional support to stores.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience.
• Strong organisational ability to juggle multiple roles.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Confidence working with recruitment systems and ability to influence hiring managers.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools.
