About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Specialist to collaborate with AI development teams. This remote, contract position focuses on shaping project planning, resource allocation, and risk management insights that will train and improve our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with AI engineers to provide expert guidance on project scheduling, resource distribution, and risk mitigation.
• Create and review AI training materials that capture best‑practice project management across multiple industries.
• Translate complex project scenarios into clear, data‑rich examples for AI model enhancement.
• Lead client‑facing interactions, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Articulate effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience across diverse industries and project sizes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including resource and budget oversight.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning.
