Porter – Guest Services (Part‑Time)

About the role

As a Porter you will be the first point of contact for guests entering and leaving the property. Working part‑time, you will ensure smooth traffic flow, provide directions and maintain a safe, clean parking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Open doors and greet guests, assisting with entry and exit.
• Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic, including taxis, limousines and buses.
• Provide guests with information on property amenities, services and local attractions.
• Maintain safety, security and cleanliness of parking areas; report hazards or unauthorized personnel.
• Secure vehicle keys and communicate parking procedures to guests.
• Follow company policies, report incidents and complete required safety training.
• Assist guests with disabilities and answer telephone enquiries using professional etiquette.
• Stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work part‑time shifts and remain on‑foot for long periods.
• Strong communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Capability to identify and report safety or security concerns.
