Part‑time Sales Assistant – Retail Shoes

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic part‑time sales assistants to join our Skechers store in Whangarei. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right footwear and ensuring a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support overall store KPIs.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards.
• Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organization.
• Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
• Bring energy, reliability, and a can‑do attitude to every shift.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for customer service and retail.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is preferred but not essential.
