About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, supporting our growing online grocery service. You will pick and pack customer orders accurately, efficiently and safely, while ensuring a smooth flow of information between departments.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Communicate with other teams about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory checks and keep the fulfilment area organised.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Effective communicator who works well within a team.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a smile.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for order processing.
