About the role

Join Cooke Howlison Toyota’s New Vehicle Sales team at the flagship Dunedin store. As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant you will represent New Zealand’s leading Toyota franchise, helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering a premium buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in and inbound customers to understand their vehicle needs.
• Present Toyota’s new‑car range, explain features, financing options and after‑sales services.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and follow‑up.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on market trends.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to delivery.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, self‑disciplined and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a genuine passion for automotive sales.
• Residency in New Zealand or a valid work visa.
