About the role

Join the marketing team of Dexcom’s Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) portfolio in a hybrid position based in Auckland. You will help drive brand presence across pharmacy, retail and OTC channels in Australia and New Zealand while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute OTC marketing campaigns across pharmacy networks and health‑wellness media, aligning with ANZ strategy and global brand guidelines.
• Coordinate promotional activities such as digital ads, in‑store merchandising, point‑of‑sale materials and media placements.
• Support HCP and DTC teams by creating assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage digital initiatives including social media, email marketing, website content and educational materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, report ROI and provide optimisation insights.
• Ensure all marketing collateral complies with TGA (Australia) and ASA Therapeutic Code (NZ) regulations and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Liaise with pharmacy chains, distributors, agencies and internal sales teams; collaborate with global and APAC teams to localise creative assets.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of progressive experience in healthcare, consumer health product management, OTC or retail marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns and work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
