Junior Squarespace Website Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a junior website developer to create two professional company sites on Squarespace. The first will be a simple landing page with contact details, and the second a multi‑page site with a main landing page and around eight supporting pages. The work is fully remote and project‑based, with the possibility of further assignments after successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build a single‑page landing website on Squarespace.
• Develop a multi‑page company website (main landing page plus eight supporting pages) on Squarespace.
• Ensure both sites are responsive, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
• Apply basic SEO best practices to improve visibility.
• Provide post‑launch support for minor updates or adjustments.

Required profile

• Proven experience building websites on Squarespace.
• Strong understanding of web design principles and responsive design.
• Ability to deliver projects quickly while maintaining high quality.
• Familiarity with basic SEO implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret briefs.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and available to start immediately.
