Interior Designer for Specialty Coffee Roastery (F&B Brand)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced interior designer to create a 200 m² specialty coffee roastery and content studio in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The project requires translating a locked brand identity into a functional spatial plan that balances production flow, camera positioning, and visitor experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a zoning plan for five main zones.
• Create three flow diagrams covering production, visitor, and camera routes.
• Produce 3D renders with camera perspectives.
• Design a dual‑layer lighting plan.
• Prepare a material schedule with supplier references.
• Detail the design for the signature bag‑numbering station.
• Provide a phased execution plan with budget estimates.
• Ensure strict adherence to the brand’s colour palette and architectural features.

Required profile

• Proven experience in F&B or retail brand‑led interior design (non‑residential).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating similar projects.
• Ability to work under clear, decisive direction.
• Focus on production flow and camera optimization over decorative elements.
• Familiarity with raw materials such as travertine, dark walnut, maroon leather, and aged brass.
• Availability for project‑based work in Al Khobar.
