Front of House Assistant – Campus Food Outlets

About the role

We are looking for reliable, customer‑focused individuals to join our campus food outlets as Front of House Assistants. The position provides regular part‑time daytime hours (20 hrs/week) during the academic year (February – November) and is ideal for students or anyone seeking a stable schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
• Prepare and serve items according to menu specifications.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming service area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, approachable and committed to high‑quality customer service.
• Comfortable working in a busy, structured environment.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative attitude.
• Previous hospitality or customer‑service experience is an advantage but not essential.
