Executive Search Partner (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for senior and executive positions within fast‑growing technology companies. Operating fully remote, you will collaborate with hiring leaders across multiple regions to shape hiring strategies and deliver high‑impact leadership hires.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑cycle executive search processes, from sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps for key functions using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and targeted sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles and ensure structured interview processes.
• Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire and candidate experience, and maintain data quality in ATS systems.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or retained search.
• Proven track record of closing Director, VP or C‑suite roles in competitive technology markets.
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, gaming or similar high‑growth sectors.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, especially EMEA and international tech ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous and comfortable in a fast‑paced, distributed environment.
