Data Analyste – Reporting & Tableau de bord

About the role

VINCI Construction is looking for a Data Analyst to support its Civil Engineering division in France. You will help build and maintain dashboards, automate reporting, and provide simple analyses to improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and update KPI and performance dashboards.
• Collect, clean, and structure data from various internal tools.
• Produce straightforward analyses to help teams understand their activities.
• Automate reporting processes using Excel and Power BI.
• Validate data quality and consistency across reports.
• Assist teams in using dashboards and key indicators effectively.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing reporting and monitoring tools.
• Support data and digital projects in collaboration with different business units.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in Data, Business Intelligence, Marketing, or Digital fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high level of rigor and curiosity.
• Comfortable working with numbers and collaborating with operational teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with a data‑visualisation tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
