Customer Success Specialist – Agriculture

About the role

Onside is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help agricultural customers adopt and embed its safety and biosecurity platform. You will own the critical early‑adoption window, ensuring contractors and farms quickly find value in the tool.

Key responsibilities

• Support a large portfolio of mid‑market accounts, focusing on early adoption and engagement.
• Drive contractor activation and platform usage during the first 180 days after onboarding.
• Monitor account health, identify at‑risk customers, and act proactively to prevent disengagement.
• Run scaled engagement programmes such as webinars, outreach sequences, and training sessions.
• Escalate accounts that need deeper intervention at the right time.
• Collect and feed customer insights back to product and operations teams.

Required profile

• A genuine affinity for the rural and agricultural environment.
• Natural relationship‑builder who earns trust quickly through listening.
• Proactive, self‑directed and able to spot and act on needs without prompting.
• Highly organised with strong follow‑through, comfortable managing a large portfolio.
• Capable of making good decisions with limited supervision.
• Experience in training, onboarding, recruitment, sales or customer education is beneficial.
