Crew Member – Day Cruises in Milford Sound

About the role

Join a close‑knit team delivering day‑cruise experiences in one of the world’s most spectacular settings. You will provide high‑quality food and beverage service while sharing the natural beauty of Milford Sound with guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to cruise guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming service area.
• Assist with heavy lifting and deck operations as required.
• Support guest interactions to ensure memorable experiences.
• Follow maritime safety procedures and company standards.

Required profile

• Strong background in hospitality or food & beverage service.
• Basic maritime knowledge and ability to work on a vessel.
• Physical fitness for heavy lifting and active duties.
• QDC and/or Duty Manager’s Licence is beneficial but not mandatory.
