Creative Director – Brand & Experience (Auckland/Sydney/Melbourne)

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Creative Director to lead a brand‑new creative offering across Australasia. Based in Auckland, Sydney or Melbourne, you will shape brand strategy, spatial and digital experiences, and placemaking projects while working closely with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the creative vision for brand, experience and placemaking initiatives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through concept, design and delivery phases.
• Drive business growth by winning new work and managing major client relationships.
• Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, pricing, utilisation and P&L responsibility.
• Build and nurture a high‑performing culture, mentor talent and establish effective processes.

Required profile

• Established reputation in branding, experience design, environmental graphics, wayfinding or cultural storytelling.
• Proven track record of leading senior‑level, multidisciplinary creative projects.
• Strong network within New Zealand and/or Australian creative and design industries.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and profitability.
