About the role
We are looking for polished, professional Food & Beverage staff to join our casual front‑of‑house team delivering service for corporate dining, meetings, functions and banquet events. The role suits candidates with solid hospitality experience who take pride in creating seamless guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional front‑of‑house service for corporate dining, meetings, functions and banquet events.
- Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, place settings, beverage stations and service areas.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high presentation and service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly in a courteous, professional manner.
- Collaborate with supervisors and event teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety and compliance with venue procedures.
- Assist with cash handling or point‑of‑sale transactions where required.
Required profile
- Previous front‑of‑house food & beverage experience in corporate hospitality, functions, banquets or events.
- Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
- Current duty manager certification or bar experience is advantageous but not essential.
