Commercial Development & Planning Manager – Nutrition and Health

Key responsibilities

• Lead the data supplier relationship, sourcing insights and applying data to CDT planning tools and processes.
• Maintain consistent commercial discipline and cross‑functional input in managing the Customer Business Plan, ensuring adherence to the single source of forecast principle.
• Adapt, deploy, embed and facilitate global Strategic Revenue Management guidelines across Oceania.
• Identify opportunities for commercial systems to improve business practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the rolling 18‑month Integrated Commercial Planning process, delivering process discipline, training and quality outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in FMCG, sales, commercial development or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience implementing internal communications strategies and programmes.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability with a proven track record of building strong cross‑functional relationships.
