Clinical Receptionist – Christchurch & Papanui

About the role

Triton Hearing is looking for a friendly and organised Clinical Receptionist to support its Christchurch Central and Papanui clinics. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will help keep the clinics running smoothly while developing your knowledge of hearing care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Handle all front‑desk duties, including greeting clients and answering phones.
• Maintain the clinic diary, scheduling appointments and coordinating staff.
• Process insurance applications, government subsidies and ACC claims.
• Run daily reports and update client information in the CRM system.
• Perform in‑house hearing‑aid repairs after training.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services.

Required profile

• Genuine desire to help people and provide exceptional client service.
• Eagerness to develop knowledge in audiology and potentially train as a Tele Assistant.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to different clinic settings.
• High level of general computer literacy.
• Interest in community engagement and local marketing activities.
