About the role
ZURUZURU is looking for an enthusiastic brand marketer to own the strategy and execution of its toy brands. This is an ideal launchpad for someone early in their marketing career who loves creative campaigns, data‑driven decisions, and staying impeccably organised.
Key responsibilities
- Define and present bi‑annual brand strategies for assigned toy brands.
- Produce Annual Brand Activation Summaries to guide local digital and activation briefs.
- Brief paid‑digital teams, manage campaign timelines, and approve launches based on stock and market data.
- Collaborate with content, influencer, and brand‑engagement teams to ensure cohesive paid and organic messaging.
- Coordinate e‑commerce asset creation and monitor best‑in‑class online experiences.
- Analyse post‑campaign performance, extract insights, and refine future strategies.
- Manage product and talent photography briefs, shot lists, and logistics.
- Maintain organised asset libraries across HIVE, SharePoint, Figma, and Airtable.
Required profile
- Early‑career marketer with a passion for toys and consumer brands.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
- Data‑led mindset with strong analytical curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
