Branch Manager – Invercargill

About the role

Komatsu New Zealand is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Invercargill site. You will be accountable for day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable outcomes while delivering exceptional service to customers across the South Island.

Key responsibilities

• Lead branch operations across Service, Parts and aftermarket support to achieve safety, profitability and customer focus.
• Drive performance through financial management, continuous improvement and strong leadership.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the South Island with regular engagement.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing team while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Required profile

• Leadership experience in heavy equipment, construction, mining, transport or industrial sectors.
• Strong operational and commercial management capability.
• Experience leading service, parts or aftermarket operations.
• Proven ability to coach teams and deliver performance outcomes.
