BIM Lead – Architecture

About the role

WSP is seeking an experienced BIM Lead to drive architectural BIM delivery across high‑profile projects. Reporting to the Studio Leader, you will ensure design and documentation meet client expectations while championing BIM best practice within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, manage and update Revit models with minimal supervision.
• Support the adoption of BIM Execution and Documentation Plans.
• Lead the architectural team in implementing BIM best practices.
• Collaborate with BIM leads on projects to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Plan technical content for architectural projects and manage client relationships.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture, including extensive BIM application.
• Strong understanding of engineering and building construction principles as they relate to BIM.
• Broad experience across various building types and construction methods.

Required skills

• Proficient in Revit for modelling and data management.
• Experience creating and executing BIM Execution & Documentation Plans.
• Deep knowledge of BIM best practice and architectural BIM workflows.
